ERASMUS summer school - Green Innovative Moving Entrepreneurship (GIME) - 4 to 14 September 2023

On behalf of the International School for Social and Business Studies we would like to extend a warm welcome to each of you. We are excited to let you know that we still have open spaces for the Erasmus summer school in September 2023 named Green Innovative Moving Entrepreneurship, which will be held from 4 to 14 September 2023 at International School for Social and Business Studies in Celje (Slovenia). The summer school is a partnered endeavor of European universities and faculties from Slovenia, Portugal, Poland, and Romania.

Title: "Green Innovative Moving Entrepreneurship (GIME)" under the Blended Intensive Program (BIP).

Timeline: Intensive 9-day in-person program from 4th to 14th September 2023 + virtual meetings.

Green Focus: The program fosters creativity and innovation in the field of sustainable mobility, particularly eco-friendly bike solutions.

Real-life Application: The New Bike Company, a Slovenian company of green mobility, serves as the program's case study.

Course Structure: Participants engage in hands-on workshops, focusing on creating innovative, environmentally friendly business models.

Academic Recognition: Participants earn 6 ECTS credits upon completion. English proficiency at B2 level is required.

Guidance: Professors provide comprehensive support throughout the course.

Outcome: Students create innovative business ideas supporting green mobility, forming a base for potential startups and franchising opportunities.

Participant's Role: Participants contribute to the global green transition in the business and mobility sectors, promoting sustainable practices.

Welcome Party: Kick off the program with a vibrant welcome party on day one, encouraging networking and camaraderie among participants.

Additional Activities: Enjoy cultural and recreational activities including city tours, treasure hunts, and an international cooking activity where participants showcase traditional dishes from their home countries.

Accommodation and Meals: Affordable housing is provided at the MCC hostel, with low-cost options for breakfast and lunch.

By participating in the BIP, students will engage in a holistic learning and cultural experience that promotes creativity, innovation, and sustainability.
