The Nationality Rooms Program is proud to announce the Ruth Crawford Mitchell Fellowship for Czech or Slovak professionals to conduct research at the University of Pittsburgh during the 2021 Fall Term (late August to mid-December). The amount of the award is $7,000. A key component of this fellowship is that the applicant will connect with a University of Pittsburgh faculty member who will agree to serve as both advisor and mentor to the applicant.

The scholar must include a reference from a University of Pittsburgh faculty member as part of the application. The submission date is March 30, 2021. Applicants will be notified of their status at the end of April 2021.
