EFRI SUMMER SCHOOL 2024

It is our great pleasure to announce that the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Rijeka is once again organizing the International Jean Monnet Summer School „International Environment and European Integration“ (hereafter EFRI Summer School). EFRI Summer School will be held from July 1st to July 12th, 2024.

We are looking for student participants interested in the topic of European Union, its integration processes, and business operations in international environment. We are proud to say that we have had a great pool of participants from many European Union countries, but also from other countries who took part in our previous Summer Schools.

International EFRI Summer School is designed to bring together bright minds from around the globe, fostering a dynamic and collaborative environment for intellectual growth. The primary objective of the EFRI Summer School is to expand the understanding of students specializing in economics, law, political sciences, business, and related fields. This program aims to enhance participants' knowledge about the economic integration process in Europe, shedding light on the myriad advantages and challenges posed by economic integration and the business environment. Through a comprehensive exploration of these themes, the Summer School seeks to foster a nuanced perspective and a deeper appreciation for the intricacies of economic dynamics within the European context. The Summer School programme also encompasses cooperation with the local community, visits to successful Croatian companies, and other important institutions.

All classes and activities within the EFRI Summer School are completely held in the English language. With successful completion of the program, participants obtain 6 ECTS points which may come useful in students’ further education.

Participation in EFRI Summer School is organized both ONLINE or ONSITE.

The deadline for the application is June 15th, 2024.

VISA GUARANTEE:

Please be informed that according to our program policy we are allowed to sign only letters confirming participation and accommodation for non-EU participants. Candidates from non-EU countries requiring a more strict form of formal guarantee letters in which the University takes the responsibility for the attendants cannot be issued.
